A New Plan!

Good morning!
It is officially the first day of the rest of my life today!!! Actually this morning is the 10 year anniversary of my mother’s death. I know that sounds rather morbid, but really it is my motivation to live, live, LIVE!!!

“Life is a banquet and most poor suckers are starving to death!”
-Rosalind Russell, Auntie Mame

I have spent the majority of the weekend working on my new life list! I have sooooo many ambitions that at times I just get overwhelmed and end up doing nothing!!! So, I have started to to read, for the third time might I add, Success Principles by Jack Canfield. I LOVE this book! but to be completely hoest with you, I have never had much luck following through on what I was reading, so I have decided to change that! This time as I read this book, I am stopping at the end of each chapter and making sure that I get each of the action items completed before I move on, and I would like to share my journey with you!!!

At last count, I had 614 items on my life list. I know that has since changed because I keep adding to it! I am determined to fill up the cool  Real Simple Card Wheel that I got the other night, just for this purpose.

Well, there are 75 pages with a little less than 10 goals per page, and I almost have the entire thing filled up. I may have about 40 more goals to go!!!
Anyway, In Success Principles, the are basically 7 life areas that you need to know what you want to do, be and have. Those areas are: health & fitness, work & career, relationships, personal goals, finances, community, and recreation & free time. So I am going to choose one goal for each of those areas and take the necessary steps to accomplish those goals. Once a goal is completed in one of the 7 areas, I will fill a new goal into that place until the whole life list is done – however with so many goals on my list, I may not be able to die until I am somthing like 348!!! Ha! Ha!!!
Anyway, I am going to post my 7 category goals in the side bar, as well as work on posting my entire Life List there as well so you can see where I am at in my progress!!!
Have a FABULOUS day, I hope to hear from you soon!!!!
