Weigh-In Day Results!

Good morning!
Today is going to be good day!!! Especially for getting the ball rolling on my health & fitness goals!!! I am on my way to a meeting with my health & fitness coach!!! We are going to discuss my fitness goals! Now starting at 320 pounds, I have sooo much work to do – and my fitness goals are numerous!!! But I think I am really focusing on getting to the level of being able to run a mile, and start taking some clasess – which really scares me – I only see thin people in those classes, and I want to be one of them!!!

Later this morning, I have some lab work to have done so that I know all of my numbers, like good/bad cholesteral, triglyceride levels – I found out my blood pressure yesterday, and was surprised to hear that it was a little high. Even though I have been morbidly obese for most of my adulthood, my numbers have ALWAYS been amazing; but now that I am about to turn 34 my lifestyle is working it’s up to catching me!!! That is UNTIL NOW!!!! 😉

So my weigh-in day results are I now weigh 316.6, which is down 1.4 pounds from last week!!! YEAH!!! Every little bit just jazzes me!!!
