The Perfect Naked Sunday!
I just LOVE naked Sundays!!! A naked Sunday in my house means that it is a day sans schedules, to-do lists or any agendas, completely opposite from EVERY OTHER DAY of our lives!!! A day where my husband and I really get do whatever we want, whenever we want, and today has been the perfect naked Sunday!!! 😉 We have enjoyed our typical French breakfast of les tartine, watched some Will & Grace reruns on DVD, read a little, and took a nice lazy afternoon nap with our two puppies Faye and Sophie!!! Does life get any better than that????
This week is going to be a little bit of a crazy week for me! I have to carpool to a computer class that is about an hour away, with a co-worker for the next 3 days – that is pretty normal and not too crazy. This class will be from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. What is crazy is that my college term also starts tomorrow from 6:00 PM to 9:50 PM!! EEK!!! So what that means is that as soon as class is over, I will need to make it through rush hour traffic, drop off my co-worker and then make it to my first class in about an hour and a half – I am not sure if that is doable, but I we will soon find out!!! I am glad however that this class for work is casual, so that means getting ready will be a little faster than normal – Jeans, cute top, ballet flats and go!!! YEAH!!!
Oh, talking about clothes – I went on a little bit of a shopping spree yesterday!!! That was sooo much fun! I went by myself, so that no one could get bored or rush me through the process! I was on the hunt for some new bras!!! Not my favorite past time, but one that was a necessity – my last bra was LITERALLY hanging on by a thread!!! Now, if you have ever been a bigger girl, you would know that bra shopping has never been an easy task. Every brand, every cut and sometime different colors within the same brand/cut, all fit differently!!! So what that meant was that I was stading in the store’s dressing room with something like 30 bras to try on, just to find the perfect few!!!! DON’T GET ME WRONG – I still had fun doing it, but WHEW!!! Man, was I tired!!! How many activity points do you get for bra shopping???? Well, long story short I found at least 9 bras, with matching panties for each one – JUST because you aren’t your ideal size DOESN’T MEAN YOU CAN’T LOOK SEXY!!!! I think I have had that ingrained into my head from all of the French culture books I love to read so much!!! 😉
Anyway, my posts might be a little sporadic for the next couple of days, but I will do my best to keep you posted on how my progress is going!!!
Oh, by the way – I think this is the first weekend in 4 years that I have been able to stay on plan!!! It really helps knowing that I have people supporting me and cheering me on!!! Wha-hoo!!!
I know that most of you have weigh-ins on Mondays – so I am looking forward to hearing how all of you are doing!!!
